Our Process

To keep things simple (because that’s our name, right?), here’s a peek at how our process works. 

Our Full-Service Organization services are offered at an hourly rate with discounts available for buying in bulk. Our Project Plans and proposed costs always include top-to-bottom management of the entire organization process, including the time we spend in your space, designing and presenting solutions, and shopping for supplies. There are never any markups or hidden fees on products or materials.

Consultation

Once you’ve identified a space that needs some love, we’ll schedule a phone call so you can tell us all about it. Then, we will visit your home for a one-hour consultation where we’ll conduct a comprehensive assessment to learn more about the space, your style, your goals, and your routine, take photos and measurements, and answer any questions you have about the organization process.

Project Plan

After the In-person Consultation, we’ll provide you with a complete Project Plan, proposed schedule, and an outline of our estimated costs. We’ll work with you to determine which plan best suits your taste and budget.

Some variables we consider: 

  • Most projects require initial decluttering before we can dig in. You can purge before we begin, or we can purge for you. Some examples include clearing your pantry of expired products, recycling old paperwork, or donating unwanted items from your closet, kitchen, or garage.

  • We will purchase new supplies for you that will help bring your newly organized space to life.

  • Product options for organizing projects range from simple plastic bins and drawer organizers to fancy storage solutions and custom shelving. We’re happy to provide a proposal anywhere on this spectrum so you can decide what suits your needs.

Book a Date

Once we’ve agreed on the Project Plan, we will book a date to get started. At this time, we’ll collect 50% payment for organizing packages purchased. If working at our hourly rate, payment will be due at the end of each session.

We’ll get to work on bringing your decluttering dreams to life. The schedule will never be a secret, because we always work within the agreed-upon timeline presented in the Project Plan. Once the job is complete, we’ll reveal your newly organized space and give you strategies to help keep it that way.
